@Risk Error: "No inputs found that affect this output" instead of Tornado Graph

If your output varies but @RISK finds no influencing inputs: • Simulation Settings → Sampling → Collect Distribution Samples:\nIf set to None or Inputs Marked with Collect, change to All and rerun. • Volatile Excel functions (RAND(), NOW()):\nThese cause variation but are not treated as @RISK inputs.\nReplace RAND() with RiskUniform(0,1) and IF(RAND()<0.6,...) with IF(RiskBernoulli(0.6),...). • Using Microsoft Project (MPP):\nSome dependencies may not be recognized.\nSet Smart Sensitivity Analysis → Disabled.\nIf needed: @RISK → Project → Project Settings → Simulation Engine → Standard. If your output is constant:\nCheck your model logic and use Excel Trace Precedents to identify inputs. Test your model:\nEnable the Random/Static icon and press F9 repeatedly to redraw random values.\nIf a cell doesn’t vary as expected, review that cell and its precedents.
