Overview

When providing a video assessment in Experiential Learning Cloud, the following is required to be able to mark the assessment as complete:

• Video Uploaded 
• Submitted for review
• Commented on by others

Important Things to Note Prior to Uploading a Video: 

• There is a file size limit of 2 GB for video uploads. 
• Videos should have a file type of .mp4 or .mov. 
• Videos uploaded must include audio, otherwise, the processing step will fail. 
• Upload files must be a in a video format (.mp4 and .mov). Audio-only (.mp3, .wav, etc) files will not process.

How To Upload and Submit a Video 

See the video and read the text below for details on how to perform this task.

1. In Assignments, open the video assignment, then click Start.
2. Click on the Browse button once in the assignment OR drag your file into the box.
3. Select the video file you wish to upload and click Open.
   1. you can click the red Cancel button to cancel the upload and select a new file
   2. NOTE: Be sure to remain logged into Experiential Learning Cloud while your video uploads.
4. After your video has finished uploading, Experiential Learning Cloud will process it.
   1. Video processing will take some time. You can navigate away from the page to work on other assignments during this period.
   2. You can log out of Experiential Learning Cloud if needed.
5. When the video processing is complete you will be able to see your uploaded video and add comments about it if needed.
6. If you realize you uploaded the wrong video, you can click on the red Start Over button to start the assignment over and upload a new video.
   • IMPORTANT: By clicking Start over you will be deleting the original video you uploaded, along with any comments that have been added to the video at that point.
7. Be sure to click Submit when you are ready to submit the video assignment for review. If your assignment has reviewers on the video it will need to be reviewed by them before it will be marked complete.
