Downloading and/or printing a form (from within the form)

Steps:

Open the form you want to download.
Click the Printer icon in the upper right corner.
Check off the Show empty fields and Include attached PDFs/images if desired.
Click the Print button.
A PDF version of the form will open in a new tab
