Issue

During installation, you may receive one of the following errors:

Error 1324. The path My Documents contains an invalid character.
Error 1324. The path My Pictures contains an invalid character.

Cause

This error can occur if your My Documents or My Pictures folder is located on a remote computer or network location, rather than on your local machine.

Resolution

If the folder is on a remote computer or network drive, temporarily disconnect from the network.
Run the installation again.
Reconnect to the network after installation is complete.
