Edit a user’s info by expanding their profile in Program Management → Staff & Students; changes save automatically across the system.

Changing a User's Information

If necessary, you can change a user's name, address, or any other important information.

Go to the Program Management | Staff & Students environment.
You will then look up the user that you need to edit information for. Once you locate them, click the plus button next to them to expand their profile. When you are in the student profile, you can click on any of their information, and it will allow you to edit it.
The system saves automatically so as soon as you are done making the changes, you can move on, and the updates will be reflected anywhere in the system.
