Overview

User demographic fields can be enabled or disabled by program.

If users can update their own demographic information, this data can drive your reporting options, as all of Experiential Learning Cloud's rubric reports can either display demographic data or allow you to filter your report output by various demographic options.

Configuring Demographic Fields and Program Settings

Program Administrators | Enabling or Disabling User Demographics

1. Go to the Program Setup | Admin environment

2. Select Programs on the left-hand side

3. Expand the program you would like to edit by selecting the [+] button to the left of the program name.

4. Select Program Settings

5. Within program settings, user demographics is a checkbox option that can be enabled or disabled depending on your program’s preference.

Note: If disabled, the demographic fields will still show in the staff and students table for program administrators. The demographics will be hidden in user settings from the other users (staff and students).
