Using @RISK on Citrix or Remote Desktop Services

@RISK and DecisionTools Suite (DTS) can run via Citrix or Remote Desktop Services (RDS), supporting thin clients, thick clients, or a mix.

Setup Steps:

License Server:
- Perform the Server Setup Procedure on one or more servers.
- You can use a single license server or multiple servers (see FAQs – Multiple Product Licenses for splitting licenses).
Client Setup:
- Thick clients or mix: Install on end-user machines.
- Thin clients or mix: Install on server(s). Client software can coexist with the license server. Applications appear under the DecisionTools program group in the Start menu. Publish them for users to run; users should not access the Network Server group.

Important: Enterprise Network licenses do not work via Citrix or remote login.
