Creating a Word Frequency Based on a Case Classification Attribute

Background

The method for generating a Word Frequency based on a Case Classifcation Attribute requires 2 steps.

Solution

1. Create a Coding Query for the files associated to the Attribute (example below - Female)



2. Save the Coding Query and then select it under Query Results in the "Selected Items" area of the Word Frequency window. 

(Example - Coded Text of Females Only)

3. Run the Word Frequency on the Coding Query.
