Background

If @RISK crashes, Excel will disable the add-on next time it’s launched to allow the rest of the application to run as expected.

You can enable the add-in again so it will run automatically the next time you launch.

Solution

In the Excel ribbon, go to File ->Options->Add-Ins.

Select the @Risk/DTS Add On and check the box to enable it.

Click "OK" to save the change.
