Sonia: Uploading Documents

Uploading Documents in Sonia Client

You can upload documents to various locations:

• Home Page: Add documents visible on the Client Home page.

• Placement Group: Upload documents to a specific placement group.

• Site Documents: Upload documents associated with a site.

• Student Documents: Upload or view documents for a specific student.

• Placement Documents: Upload or view a student’s placement-specific documents.

 

Uploading and Viewing Documents in Sonia Online (as a student)

• Viewing Documents: Access documents uploaded in the locations listed above.

• Site Documents: View documents under the Preferences tab.

• Placement Documents: Upload a document directly to a student’s placement.

• Documents Tab: Upload documents to the student profile.

Important Notes

• Maximum file size for Sonia Online uploads: 15.7 MB.

• Documents uploaded in the Client appear in the corresponding sections in Sonia Online, and vice versa.
