Example

• For question 3 the following code will sort the topics by a lexicographical order from A-Z.
  SortTopics(QRef(3))
• For question 4 and with several topics and "true" the following code will sort the topics by a lexicographical order from Z-A.
  SortTopics(QRef(4), true);
