How to Update the Organization Contacts

Overview

Each SurveyToGo organization has one or more designated contact people. By default, the person who creates the organization becomes the primary contact.

The primary contact, along with any additional organization contacts, receives automated notifications from the SurveyToGo server, such as alerts when the organization is running low on interview credits or storage space.

Over time, organizational or personnel changes may require these contacts to be updated. For example, the original contact person may no longer work for the organization or may no longer be responsible for managing SurveyToGo. You can update the primary contact's email address and add or remove additional contacts at any time.

This article explains how to update the organization's contact information and manage the list of notification recipients.

To begin, right-click your organization name in SurveyToGo Studio and select Edit Organization Properties.

In the Main Properties tab you can change the contact person’s e-mail (and other information as well):

In the Other contact info tab you can add additional contacts to the notification list:

NOTE: You can add more email contacts to the Email field by separating them with a semicolon (i.e. ';')
