Sonia is in Read-Only state

Sonia will be in a Read-Only state if the license for it has expired.

If this is the case, you have a couple of options:

1. Contact your internal colleague responsible for the Sonia invoice
2. Contact finance-orders@lumivero.com to check on the status of your payment.
