Background

Form templates can be preserved by printing to PDF.

 

Print to PDF

 

1. Open the Forms module
2. Select a form from the pane at the left
3. Click the Preview button and then “as whole”

4. This will open the form in the browser
5. Either click the printer icon at the top right OR right-click on the page, and select Print

6. A print preview window will open
7. Select the Print to PDF option available with your browser

8. Click the “Print” button at the bottom, and then follow the prompt to save the file
