Sonia Online Password Reset

For users with Sonia authentication (i.e., Sonia-specific username and password), a "forgot password" link is available to request a password reset.

When the user clicks the link circled above, the page below will display for the user to enter their Role, Username, and the text displayed in the box.

Once they do this, they will be sent an email with a link to reset their password.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This process only works if the School has activated the "forgot password" notification in School Options for that role.
