Sonia Forms - Check Requirements

The Check Requirements tab on the Form window is used to set any prerequisite checks needed before the form can be completed by students. 

For example, you may have a form that can only be completed by students who have, in this example, attended a required information session.



As below, the student can see the form on their Forms list; however, it indicates that they must satisfy a check first.



Once the student has met their check, the warning disappears, and the red Edit button is available.
