Outputting Data, Presentations & Screenshots

Overview

SharpCloud provides several ways to export and capture content, including presentations, screenshots, tables, and data, making it easy to share insights externally.

Exporting Presentations

You can export presentation slides directly into PowerPoint or PDF:

• Go to Presentations via the Story Setup dropdown

  •

• Select Edit on the desired presentation

  •

• Click Export on the presentation toolbar

  •

• Choose PPT or PDF format

Each slide is rendered as a PNG image and compiled into a PowerPoint file that opens automatically.

Capturing Screenshots

To capture a clean screenshot of a view:

• Right-click anywhere on the view

• Select Screenshot

The image is copied to your clipboard for use in documents, emails, or presentations.

Copy Table & Copy Table Data

From the Table view right-click menu:

• Copy table – Copies the formatted table (including layout) for pasting into Word, PowerPoint, or Excel

• Copy table data – Copies raw data and headers in CSV format (ideal for Excel)

• Download as CSV – Downloads the visible table data as a CSV file

Note: These options are accessed by right-clicking the view header or outside the table data area. Exported data reflects any active filters.

Additional Export Options

• Export the Activity Feed for reporting or auditing
