Forms Overview

SharpCloud Forms provide a flexible way to create and edit items in a story, making data collection and collaboration simple across different devices.

What Are Forms Used For?

Forms can be used to:

• Add new items to a story
• Edit existing items
• Capture structured input during workshops or brainstorming sessions

They can be accessed:

• Within a SharpCloud story
• Via a standalone form interface on mobile, tablet, or desktop

Access and Permissions

Forms can be shared with a wide range of users:

• Users with Create or Collaborate permissions
• External users without a SharpCloud account

This makes them ideal for gathering input from both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Forms in Enterprise Solutions

In connected Enterprise Solutions:

• Forms follow inheritance rules similar to items and views
• They can be reused across multiple stories
• This ensures consistency in data collection across the solution
