Updating Subscriptions

The Lumivero Customer Hub (myLumivero) lets eligible customers increase license quantities and add product add-ons on an existing subscription without contacting support. Changes are billed through Paddle, Lumivero's reselling partner and payment provider.

Update a purchased Subscription:

1. Visit my.lumivero.com and sign in.

2. Select My Purchases from the left-hand menu.

3. Locate the subscription to update.

Choose from:

·       Update license quantity — add seats to the product already on the subscription.

·       Add an add-on — add an available application add-on for this product.

Review billing details

1. Select Next to move to billing information, review and update if necessary.

2. Select Continue to Payment to review or update the payment method.

3. Select Next to open Confirm & Pay.

Confirm & Pay shows two figures:

·       Total Due Today (pro-rated) — the charge for the remaining time in the current billing period.

·       Next Renewal Total — the full amount that will be charged at the next renewal with the new quantity or add-on applied.

Select Confirm & Pay. A confirmation message displays once the change is applied, and the subscription in My Purchases reflects the new quantity or add-on immediately.

Please Note:

·       This guidance is for adding to a subscription. Concerns related to quantity reduction or product removal require a support request.

·       A recurring quantity increase is charged:

• pro-rated now and at the full new amount from the next renewal on.

·       A one-time add-on is a separate transaction and does not change the recurring renewal amount.
