How to Fix a Purchasing/Licensing Error

Applies to: All Lumivero products, purchased online

Problem:

The wrong product or license was purchased

Examples:

User purchased a Citavi Web license but need a Citavi Web and Desktop Bundle license.
User purchased Collaboration Cloud instead of NVivo.

Solution:

To correct a purchasing error, contact the Finance Team at finance-orders@lumivero.com
