Owner in Extended Summary

The Extended Summary report now shows the risk Owner in place of risk Leader.

(PRR-662)

Shows the person accountable for the risk on the summary report.

Deprecated Fields Removed

Deprecated fields for probability and impact rating colours have been removed from the Risk Reporter data sources.

(PRR-539)

Simplifies the data sources and removes fields that no longer return useful data.

-  Resolved: The path field in the RISKS data source returning null instead of the folder path. (PRR-721)

-  Resolved: Reports run from a risk list not respecting the actions chosen in tick-box filters. The Waterfall Chart is the exception, as it is designed to always list all actions. This is a change from 6.0 and 6.1, so check that existing personal risk lists include the actions you want passed to reports. (PRR-314)

(PRR-644)

Provides a ready-made, printable view of individual actions.

Reports on Remapped Lists

Reports can now be run against risk lists remapped to a particular scoring system, or to a particular cost or schedule unit. The report uses the chosen scoring system or units to display values.

(PRR-365 / PRR-491)

Lets you report in the scoring system or currency your audience expects.

Probability Band Fields

The SCORE data source has three new fields to capture the probability band or level of each assessment (e.g. 0 for 'Rare', 5 for 'Almost Certain'): initial_YRating, current_YRating and target_YRating.

(PRR-208)

Enables custom reports to plot and sort by probability level.

(PRR-514)

Draws the eye to the most severe ratings first.

Remapped List Warning for Trend Report

A warning message is displayed when attempting to run a Risk Trend report on a My Folders list remapped to a particular scoring system, advising the user to reset to Local Scoring.

(PRR-672)

Explains clearly why the report cannot run and how to fix it.

-  Resolved: The Risk Expiry Forecast report sometimes trending up instead of down, or not showing a Target line. (PRR-547)

-  Resolved: The 'Compare to date' parameter being ignored in published custom reports, always behaving as if a date 30 days ago had been selected. (PRR-649)

(PRR-632)

Helps custom reports avoid blank or misleading values.

Settings File Location

Jaspersoft Studio now looks for the rdql.properties settings file in the \Predict!\Risk Reporter\ sub-folder of the user profile, and property names now use 'prc' instead of 'prc5' (e.g. prc.server=myServer). See the Predict! Risk Reporter Guide for details on updating client installations.
