Ensure your version of Microsoft Office is compatible with NVivo Integration. If you have installed NVivo Integration for Outlook, you will need to Enable Optional Connected Experiences via Privacy Settings in Outlook and restart Outlook. Note: If your IT Administrator has blocked the installation of Add-Ins in Outlook and other office applications, you will see a message telling you that Add-Ins are controlled by your Administrator.
