Enterprise accounts

Universities and other large organizations can buy multiple Transcription subscriptions and distribute them to individual users. Pay-as-you-go purchasing is not available to enterprise customers. Please contact us for pricing.

Once an enterprise purchase is completed with the QSR International sales team, the following steps describe how Transcription is deployed to end users:

1. A myNVivo profile and account is created for the organization, see myNVivo .

   An enterprise license agreement (ELA) administrator in the customer organization is provided the login credentials.

2. The ELA administrator logs into the organization's myNVivo account and enters end users' email addresses to assign subscriptions to them Assign NVivo Transcription subscriptions.
3. myNVivo profiles are created for all end users. End users are notified by email.
4. End users log into Transcription with their myNVivo credentials.

ELA administrators can unassign and reassign subscriptions in the same way at any time.
