Invitation to Collaboration Cloud (NVivo 14 Mac)

You've been invited to Collaboration Cloud using your organization's enterprise license.

You don't need to do anything—access has been granted via your myLumivero profile, so when you launch NVivo (logged in with your myLumivero profile credentials) Collaboration Cloud will be available. See Collaboration Cloud with NVivo 13 for information how to use it.

NOTE  If you're new to NVivo, make sure you sign up to myLumivero and install and activate NVivo first—then Collaboration Cloud will look after itself.

If you've been using NVivo with another account

If you're an existing NVivo user but have been logging into it with a customer account other than the one you've been invited to for Collaboration Cloud, then you need to change it. Open NVivo and log out of your current account on the Welcome screen. Click Log In in the same place, enter your myLumivero credentials and select your organization's account from the dropdown. This logs you into NVivo with the organization account and Collaboration Cloud will be enabled.
