Suggesting a Site

1. After searching, if you do not see your site, scroll to the bottom of the table and click the Suggest Site button.
    
   

2. Enter your site’s name.

   • Note: Be sure that the site’s spelling is correct! You can edit and redo what you have entered for the site name at any point.

3. A list of possible matching sites will then appear.

   • If you see your site listed, click the Start button to begin your program’s placement application.

   • When you’ve selected the correct process, click Next to begin applying for your new site placement.

      Before going to Step 4, is your site listed?

• If not, go to Step 4       

• If yes, please check out this knowledge article.

4. Please suggest your site:

   • Click the My site is not listed button at the bottom to suggest your site.

If you still need help, log into the Lumivero Community Home Page and click on the Submit a Case button to fill out a form for requesting assistance from the Support Team.
