Layouts in Placement Groups

Introduction

“Layouts” enable Placement Officers to see select data fields in a placement group.
Placement Officers can create multiple layouts, as different data sets will be applicable at various times.
Layouts can be created on the Students page and the Placement Request page.
Layouts are visible across placement groups and across users. Other placement officers can view layouts created by colleagues.

Layouts on the Students page

Open a placement group to the Students page.
At the right side, above the grid, click the Fields button. Click the > icon to see specific fields under each node. Select the ones that are applicable to a scenario.
In the example below, we have selected specific fields from forms assigned within this placement group.

You can then save this layout by clicking the green + next to the Layout dropdown field.

Name the layout, and click the green check mark.

To select an existing layout, choose it from the dropdown.

Layouts on the Placement Request page

Open a placement group to the Placement Request page.
At the right side, above the grid, click the Fields button. Click the > icon to see specific fields under each node. Select the ones that are applicable to a scenario.
Save and view the layout the same as the Students page
