Overview

If you have 50+ Supervisor/Academic/Liaison accounts that need to be created in Sonia, the Sonia Support team can import them for you. 

To obtain a template (or send the completed template for import), please complete this Sonia Support Form from community.lumivero.com

NOTE: We will first import the template into your Test environment for you to review. Once you verify the data looks good, we can import it into your Production environment.


Required Information:

FirstName and LastName

 

Other Fields

Title:  Dr., Ms., Prof.

Username: The email address/staff account number

• Used for this field as they will use it to login to Sonia Online.

NOK: Next of Kin.

 

NOTE:

Email and username are strongly encouraged if you would like to send these folks communications through Sonia and/or have them log in to Sonia Online. 

Please do not add or remove columns, even if some do not contain content.

Do not re-order the columns.

The Difference Between Supervisors and Site Contacts
Supervisors are the people who oversee the academic side of the placement. They are often staff/faculty or adjunct staff/faculty of the university. As an example, they could be a Lecturer, Academic, Tutor, Coordinator, Consultant.
