Answer

Can't use the AI Assistant

If you were provided with a license key by your organization and you want to use the AI Assistant service, you need to log into the service under the Account area of the NVivo software landing page.

If logging in fails, you need to subscribe to it independently.

You can do this by subscribing to a 2 week trial or by purchasing a one year subscription from this Lumivero Shop Page.

NOTE: Once you have activated NVivo, the email used for the service doesn't need to match. You can use a personal email if you prefer.
