Placement officers can contact Sonia Support to obtain access to Check Manager by logging into the Lumivero Community Home Page and clicking on the Submit a Case button to fill out a form to request it.

If a placement officer needs to grant access to a university supervisor (red shirt), you can enable the Check Manager box on the supervisor's Details page:
