NVivo: How do I use NVivo Collaboration Cloud?
There are 2 implementations of Collaboration Cloud in NVivo. The module implementation - this is a file workspace that users can access for collaboration. In this workspace, users gain access by being assigned roles by the license owner. This version of Collaboration Cloud was first implemented in NVivo 13/2020 R1. It is basically a cloud storage area that supports versioning. It still requires downloading and uploading of files for collaboration. It is found under Modules in the ribbon. The autosynchronizing implementation - this is a true cloud implementation which stores an odt project file on a cloud server and clones files to the project team member's local devices (supporting NVivo Mac and Windows file formats). Files are synchronized in real-time as changes are made. If you have already uploaded your files and you can no longer see them after logging in, make sure you have logged into the correct account in the Account area of NVivo.
