For Program Admins: Enabling or Disabling OneDrive Integration

If universities would like students to be able to use their university OneDrive account, the OneDrive administrator (this is usually the university IT department) will need to approve integration with the “ELC - One Drive Production” application registration.

Program Administrators can enable or disable OneDrive upload for users within each program.

How to Enable or Disable OneDrive Integration:

1. Navigate to the Program Setup | Admin environment
2. Go to the Programs workspace
3. Expand the Program you wish to enable/disable the OneDrive Integration in
4. Go to the Program settings tab
5. Toggle the Setting
6. Enabled settings will have the green checkbox
7. Disabled settings will have an empty checkbox

Note: This setting is applied per program. If a user belongs to multiple programs, they will have access to OneDrive upload if at least one of their programs has the feature enabled.
