Feature	Description	Benefit
Automated Workflows for Program Administrators	Program administrators can now use the Quick Create Workflow Tool to configure automated follow-ups when key events occur, such as a user registering or a document expiring. Workflows can trigger communications or assign additional tasks to streamline program operations.	Reduces manual administrative work, ensures timely follow-ups, and allows program administrators to create tailored workflows that adapt to student and program needs.
Placement Groups	Program administrators can now create placement groups to control which students have access to a placement process and when. Placement dates, site openings, and workspace filters can all be managed by placement group instead of class or grid. Students access placement processes via their placement group, simplifying workflow management.	Gives administrators precise control over student access to placements, improves organization, and allows teams to focus on specific groups of students at a time. Placement groups also serve as the foundation for placement matching recommendations.
Placement Matching Recommendations	Programs using assigned site placement processes can now generate recommended placement matches for students within a placement group. Matches are based on configurable criteria for high-quality student-site alignment, and placement approvers can approve or reject recommendations as needed. Learn more here.	Streamlines the placement process, improves match quality, and helps placement approvers make data-driven decisions efficiently. Students receive placement assignments better suited to their skills and program requirements.
