Sonia: Deactivating a Placement Officer

When a team member leaves the team or otherwise no longer needs access to Sonia, consider the following steps to remove their access and other references to them: 

1. Deactivate their placement officer account  

• • Go to School Options > Placement officers > select their account > click the edit pencil at the right > deselect "is active" at the top 

 

2. Check the From address on Notifications to see if that should be changed to someone different 

• • School Options > Notifications > on each tab at the top, see which notifications are "turned on" (i.e., have a check in the box at the left) > click the edit pencil on that row to check the From address 

 

3. Check Workflows that contain communication templates - does the From address in any of those communications need to be changed?  

• • From the Home tab, open the Workflows module > select the Workflow to open it > click the Design button > look for communication actions (identified by envelope icons) 
     

 

• • Click the edit pencil at the right to edit the From (and Reply To, if needed)
