Problem

The Citavi citations in your Word document are suddenly empty, or appear as code beginning with "CTVL". However, they are still visible in the Citavi Word Add-In.

Solution

Please save the Word document on your hard drive instead of on OneDrive, the synchronization of the cloud service causes these issues.
