Sonia: Attaching documents to communication templates

When needing to attach documents to communications:

1. Ensure you have a Document Category.
   1. Go to School Options > Lists > Document Category
   2. If you manage multiple levels or types of placement and need to share documents for each level:
      1. Best practice is to have Document Categories for each level/experience.
         1. Example: If you send student resumes for each experience, have separate Document Categories for each experience
            1. e.g., "Resume-Undergraduate", "Resume-Graduate 1st year".
2. Ensure the uploaded document is visible to the appropriate parties.
