Overview

Managing site placement tasks can be challenging, especially when it comes to keeping all relevant documents organized. To simplify things, students can manually associate documents they’ve already started or completed with their site placement tasks. This feature is designed to streamline the process, making it easier for you to complete your placements!

How to Associate Documents with Site Placement Tasks

Placement tasks can be associated with existing forms if the form in the task is the same as the form you need to associate it with it.
IMPORTANT: The placement task must also be Not Started for the "Associate" option to appear.

Follow these steps to associate forms to tasks in the Site Placement workspace:

Access Your Site Placement Tasks

1. Log in to your student account.

2. Navigate to the Site Placement section from the main dashboard.

Select the Relevant Task

3. Locate the site placement task you want to associate existing documents with.

4. Click on the task to open its details.

   2. Select a different document if the form selected was not the correct one

   3. Cancel the association process entirely

9. Once you verify this is the form you want to use, click the Use this document button to confirm the association. The fields will be filled out in your task with the selected form.
