The Sonia Allocation Screen

Sonia's allocation screen is a powerful, easy-to-use tool for ensuring the right student is matched to the right placement.

In order to see additional information about the student or the placement while on the allocation screen, you can add an additional column to the student and placement grids.

1. Open your placement group, and click the Student Allocation button toward the right end of the ribbon.

2. Under the "Students" section heading, click the dropdown to see what fields, including student custom fields, can be added as a column on the Students side.

On the Placements side, the dropdown includes fields from the site, placement request, placement, and position.
