Manually allocating students to a placement in Sonia

The video below shows how to manually allocate a student to a placement.

Written instructions are also provided below the video.

Instructions:

1. Open the placement group.

2. Click the Student Allocation button on the right end of the ribbon.

3. Select a student from the left grid.

4. In the right grid, locate the desired site and select an unallocated placement under that site.

5. If the desired placement site is not in the list at the right, it may need to be added to the placement group.

6. Warning messages may appear:
   a. Student already allocated: Click OK to allocate an additional placement.
   b. Student ineligible based on rules/settings: Click OK to override and allocate.
