XLSTAT: How to find your license key

Whether you need to activate XLSTAT or share your license key with a trusted person, you can retrieve it using one of the following methods:

• Check your email: Look for the message sent by our system after completing your purchase. If you did not make the purchase yourself, please contact the person who did.
• Access your MyLumivero account: Your license key should appear there if it has been properly linked to your account.
• From XLSTAT already activated: The license key in use will appear in the support file generated directly from XLSTAT in Excel. To locate it: XLSTAT Menu > About XLSTAT > Technical details > Support file (a .txt file will be created).
